Who wouldn’t want to wake up to this every morning? As a resident of Goose Pond I could not be happier. My oldest daughter attends Whitbourne Elementary and her Grade 2 class has 13 children. I attend the Family Resource Centre playgroup at the school with my youngest daughter – their space is second-to-none, and the staff are amazing.
The town provides health care, grocery stores, bank, post office, skating arena – all the essentials – with larger centers like St. John’s, Bay Roberts and Carbonear only a short drive away.
Goose Pond is quiet and peaceful during the week, with the social life everyone craves of the cabin experience on the weekend. We couldn’t ask for more!
